PacWallex’s digital wallet is developed and supported by Auckland International Innovation Centre (AIIC), a New Zealand–registered technology and compliance advisory company based in Auckland.
Under a formal Memorandum of Understanding, AIIC provides:

core wallet infrastructure development and technical maintenance,

compliance guidance and training (including AML/CFT standards),

ongoing backup support for Pacific operations, including the Solomon Islands.
This structure lets PacWallex deliver fast cross-border payments while staying aligned with regulatory expectations in New Zealand and the wider Pacific.
AIIC operates as our technical and compliance backbone, but it does not hold equity in PacWallex.
