Technology & Compliance
PacWallex’s digital-wallet platform is locally hosted in Samoa and maintained by our New Zealand technology subsidiary, ensuring full data sovereignty under CBS supervision.

Worldpay (Visa & Mastercard Acquiring): Through Supay Technology Ltd (New Zealand), PacWallex is an integrated PayFac partner of Worldpay, enabling merchants across the Pacific to accept Visa and Mastercard payments securely and affordably.

Auckland International Innovation Centre (AIIC): Under a formal Memorandum of Understanding, AIIC provides technology development and compliance support for PacWallex’s digital-wallet infrastructure from its Auckland base. This collaboration strengthens our technical resilience and regulatory alignment across the region.
